Very happy. I rang for service on Tuesday and a visit was arranged for the next day. The man texted me to say he was on the way and arrived soon after. He was able to tell me what he thought was the problem and an estimate of the cost if he were correct. He was right, had the necessary parts in his truck and fixed our machine straight away.
